FILTERING MEDIA SUGGESTION 1:
In a library with “Other Videos” under the “Custom Filter…” option.
Allow the filtering option to search for PARTS of the filepath of all files.
For example, as a custom filter one could choose: [Filepath][contains]: “\HHH\”
This would return the following results: MovieA, MovieB, MovieI, MovieII
These files can then be selected for editing despite not being in the same folder.
D:\AAA\DDD\TTT\Movie1
D:\AAA\DDD\TTT\Movie2
D:\AAA\DDD\TTT\Movie3
D:\AAA\DDD\HHH\MovieA
D:\AAA\DDD\HHH\MovieB

FILTERING MEDIA SUGGESTION 2:
When selecting a filtering type (Year, Decade, Genre, …), allow removing and adding of certain filterables. For example, if the user doesnt need it, the user could remove the selection of the “decade” (or any other) filter to reduce clutter in the interface.
