I often find the White option too bright and the Grey option too dark, so it would be useful to have more choices!
There’s already an existing suggestion discussing that option. I suggest you comment/vote in that thread in order to help us avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes. Unless I’m missing some unique aspect of your suggestion I’ll close this thread as a duplicate.
The previous suggestion asks for a gray option, which we already have. I would like to have more options available between the current White and Grey. For example on the Shield’s Plex app there is a lot more shades of gray available.
The suggestion asks for an option to specify subtitle colors; gray seems to be mentioned as an example but it’s not the full extent of the request.
I request that we can configure the color of text based subtitles
IMO the previous suggestion was implemented and should be closed.
