Whenever I need to turn my server off, update it, or something I check to see if anyone is watching anything, as I would hate it if it got turned off in the middle of a movie I’m watching. The problem is sometimes other people start streams while I’m waiting for others to end.
How about a switch or something that the owner of a server can enable/disable that prevented a new stream from starting? It could even display a message saying something like “the server owner has placed the server in maintenance mode, please check back later” [mod: duplicate, see below]. Maybe only the admin account could start new streams during maintenance mode, like for testing. Maybe it could also send a notification to the owner account, if enabled, saying that it’s clear to start maintenance.
I would at least find it handy.
