Add a option to Continue Watching a video without long pressing on it

Currently, if you want to watch the next episode of something in the Continue Watching list, you have to:

  1. Click on it to go to it’s page and then click play
  2. Long press on it to load the context menu, then click play.

Both of these have an unnecessary extra step.

Other streaming platforms like Max or Disney+ directly play the video you want to continue watching.

I’m requesting a option to change the behavior to match other streaming services and directly play those videos when you select them.

At least for Plex Web, you should already have that option. When you hover over a poster, there’ll be a play icon right on top of the poster. Clicking that instead of the movie title will directly play this video.
