On the home screen under Continue Watching, whenever I select a video, it takes me to page for the video. If I want to play it, I have to load the context menu and select play.
Is there a way to default to directly playing a video under Continue Watching when your select it?
On the big screen apps controlled with a TV remote, you should be able to simply click the remote’s Play button while the continue-watching item is selected.
You cannot configure/customize the behavior of any of the clients to trigger a different action by clicking on an item.
My stars, I never thought to try this!
On devices like the Chromecast with Google TV that do not have a dedicated play button on the remote, you would need to long press on select button and it will have the option to play.
