Add custom agent to plex

Hello,

I’m using plex (premium) on my NAS Sinology Dj218plus and I want to add a custom agent that a friend give to me (BABS.rar (4.6 KB)). How can I do that ?

Would be similar to the installation method listed here https://github.com/ZeroQI/Absolute-Series-Scanner#install--update given that you have filesystem/ssh access to your Synology.

Ok. So I put the file here : /Plex/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Scanners/Series.
and I restart my server.

Is somesing more to do ? Because when I go to setting > agent, I can’t find my custom agent.

I don’t own a Synology NAS but I’d dig around your filesystem a bit to find the Plex Folder. According to the previously linked document it’s probably something along the lines of

Synology, Asustor: /Volume1/Plex/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/

Yes ! I create “Scanners” and “Series” folder and put my scanner inside. But it don’t appear on plex even after a restart.

Can I not just use this ? BABS.rar (4.6 KB). Friends have it and it’s work pretty well.
