I would like to add every folder inside a library as a series to Plex, like the name of the folder would be the serie’s title. I just want to be able to watch the videos with Plex and I don’t need the metadata or anything. Thank you
Put them in an Other Videos Library.
Plex won’t try to match them and they won’t be invisible.

Well… you have limited options.
You can put them in a TV Show Library as long as they’re named and structured to be in compliance with TV Show naming and structuring guidelines:

Example:
A TV Show Library/
…A TV Show Name/
…Season 01/
…A TV Show Name - S01E01.xxx
and so on…
Then you would edit the library and from the Advanced Tab use the Personal Media Agent for Shows.
If you’re going to do all that, you may as well use the proper name at TVDB (assuming it actually exists) and draw down the actual metadata for the show provided by TVDB.
If you’re dead set on using your own naming and structuring you’d have to use an Other Videos Library Type because your files are more than likely going to be invisible if you don’t name and structure according to the packaged instructions for TV Shows.
