You can already do that for the credit markers. Check Contributing Marker Data to “the Cloud” in https://support.plex.tv/articles/credits-detection/ Note : This feature only works with credits markers currently. “Intro” detection is not currently contributed.

Thanks @tom80H for pointing that out., I’ve amended my post title. Indeed i have that configured (from default). I mainly added credits as an add on to the request as I see my server “detecting intros” and pegging CPUs. Figured it must have done the credits already :smiley:

When following up on another similar suggestion I’ve noticed that there’s already another thread asking for an option to crowd-source intro detection markers. Please comment/vote in that thread and let’s close this one as a duplicate.
