Please allow for locking Roles for items.

Methods for adding and editing existing actors and roles can be found here and here.
Any custom actor created or edited using the methods listed will be removed once the media item or library is refreshed. This makes sense for items that have metadata found by agents. Home Videos though, would lose any actor created if the item or library is refreshed.
Also, whenever a new item is added which causes the actor thumb to be updated this new thumb is now the default for the actor across all their items. One annoying instance is if the actor’s thumb is set to their avatar from an animated movie or show. Ideal for the animated movie or show but no so for the suspense thriller they also star in.
Adding a lock tag to the items role field would hopefully allow for adding, editing, and keeping custom actors for Home Video type items. This may also allow for editing items supported by agents to keep a thumb locked to the role and not thumb to the actor. Customizing and locking actor’s thumb based of their role of item would add another level customization to Plex.
If I’ve missed something that would allow for these features without a change from Plex please let me know. Any additional documentation on these areas would be appropriated.
