Put a txt or lrc file that is named exactly like the file of the song (except for the file name extension, of course).
Then Refresh Metadata for the Album or whole Artist.

I refreshed everything and proper agents are checked.

I can’t tell you if this is right, unless I see the file name of the accompanying audio file.
Is this supposed to contain some slashes (for designating folder names) or is this one file name?
