Add missing letter ‘m’ to the iPhone Plex client. (A through Z are there on the right-hand side,but no M value is present)

The letters on that list are automatically generated according to the sort titles in your library. There’s no ‘V,’ ‘X,’ or ‘Z’ in my library. If you have artists that you think should be listed under ‘M,’ double-check the “Sort Artist” value.
If there’s limited screen space, Plex will squeeze the alphabet index and might drop some letters.
Individual letters might also be skipped if there’s no item starting with that letter.
