since i’ve updated to plex server 1.4.3.3433 on windows. the faq for adding movies to a collection is completely out of date, as none of the features in the new release match the faq anymore. i’ve played around with the features in the new release, and have tried to create a new custom filter. then tried to select the small circle in the upper left-hand corner. i hit edit>tag>collections, but it won’t let me choose any of the collections i have already created. or will it let me create a new collection and save it. i think it’s broke, or i’m not doing it right. sorry if this is the wrong place for this.

ok, so using the above process. i see that if i hit the yellow pad-lock in the collections tag box, and add a new collections name…then hit the “add collections name” drop-down. it will indeed create a new collection. but if you reach that point, and try to use the scroll at the right-hand side to select an existing collection to add a movie to. then all of the existing collections disappear. also, if the collection name already exists, and you try to add the same name again…it won’t let you.
