Both the Plex web and Plex for Windows apps have a scaling slider to make the posters on Home and Libraries bigger / smaller as the user desires, but this feature is absent from HTPC. Please add it to this HTPC app as well as it is sorely missed and would enable a sensible number of items to show on the screen rather than being stuck at whatever the default setting is!
