Add to Library from Tidal Not Working

Player Version#: Many, android, windows, web app, etc same thing.

Hit add to library on several albums in Tidal, Albums seemingly get stuck in dashboard as pending activity and never get added to Library. Tried adding from Android, windows, web app, with same results. Screenshot and logs attached.
