Can't cancel the adding of an album from Tidal

Hi,

I am using for some time Plex server on a linux PC (latest public 1.20.4.3517). I have an issue related to Tidal when I tried to add an album to a music library. I did this from a win PC client, from where I manage the server.

The action is looped and for almost a week now it still says the album is “Adding to Library”. Not sure how long it takes but this is annoying. I wanted to cancel this adding but looks I can’t.

I tried to un-link and re-link my Tidal account. No success. The album is still adding…

I tried to rename the library where I want to add the Tidal album to “force” an error. Again, nothing.

I tried from troubleshooting page to optimize and delete bundles. No change.

I just want to get rid of this stupid operation that is still appearing in dashboard after each restart.

Not sure if this is relevant: lately I added many albums to that music library (local files) and right now plex is still working on that. The message that the album is adding from Tidal is still there, appearing first before any scan. I even saw some errors like the database is locked. Is this linked to my case?

Is this normal? How is possible to cancel this? I would do a manual delete in plex config files, just point me where to search on linux. I don’t know how this operation is working for other users and what is so special in my case.

Anyone can help?

LE: Adding a track and removing it, that works. I could remove the track as it appeared in the library…

LLE. Issue with never ending adding operation was finally solved by itself after a restart of the app. And the album appeared in music library. Whatever. It took 1 week to add an album from Tidal to a local library.
