i wood like that PMS can Transcode Movies with "x264 10-Bit"... Some of my Plex Client need Trancoding, Raspberry Pi with Rasplex an all of my iOS Devices
Profit: Smaller files, better Quality

Okay, it seems that this is an Issue with Trancoding for Rasplex... Transcoding for iOS Devices works...
noticed an underpowered pht was having trouble with 10bit content. Had to force transcoding to watch it. A selectable 10bit option to only force 10 bit transcoding would be nice
