Adding files that a scan skips

Just installed Plex Server for Windows – after the autoscan I noticed that a few files were skipped that were part of a multi-disk series – only Disk1 was picked up. How do I get the other disks into my library? I named the files XXXX (disk1), XXXX (disk2) etc.

Try XXXX - disk1 without the brackets

Follow-up question – is there an easy way to tell what other files the autoscan skipped? I have 973 total files in my movies folder on my portable hard drive and only 969 in my Plex library.

Could be due to collections, so try and sort after year instead of Title

If that doesn’t change anything, then try out WebTools
