Adding new channels to EPG data

New channels in my area are detected by my tuner, but there is no matching EPG data (it defaults to other channels with the same virtual channel number beyond my viewing area).

In the Richmond Virginia area, WFWG-LD and WUDW-LD have several subchannels, but no luck in their addition to the EPG data that Plex enjoys.

Any chance of their addition? XMLlistings offers them, but their data meshes poorly with the guide, at least in my hands.
