I’d like to allow few other people to assist me in administering meta-data and other media on my plex. Aside from sharing my plex account credential can I utilize plex-home feature to add other administrator to my plex-server
There is only one administrator
Based on the assistance I’ve given to some folks in the forum,
For security reasons, I advise a 3rd party Remote Desktop sharing app.
(Teamviewer or AnyDesk are two examples).
Doing so allows you to give control to the specific level you allow.
They will work through your credentials (as the account holder) on your desktop
while you watch (or independently if you trust them enough to allow it)
I ssh tunnel to a few of my friends who are less “Linux savvy” and help them out.
I also can use AnyDesk to jump into their desktop and open PMS or their NAS UI while they’re away on travel but need help
