Is there a way to add subtitles on already downloaded videos. In the windows app I did not see such option to add downloaded subtitles.
Nor there is a way to “resync” downloaded media with new subtitles added on server after downloading for offline use.
Namely I downloaded some movies from my PMS to watch while abroad, but since traveling with someone who doesn’t speak English and movies being in English, then I added subtitles on server, hoped it will resync subs for downloaded videos, but nope, nothing.
Only solution seems to be delete download and download again, but that would be gigabytes of data instead of just few megabytes of subtitles. On roaming internet few megabytes is ok, but gigabytes no way.
Is there a sensible solution? even if it is using VLC to play downloaded media from some APPDATA folder.
