IIRC Plex have commented on some similar discussion that they’re not trying to replicate the entirety of all available metadata to their databases (or the user interface).
That being said… there’s a number of existing feature suggestions which are already touching some of the aspects you’re raising:

As for the “Rambo” movies… have you considered enabling automatic collection creation? That should give you better results than filtering blindly for any mention of the word Rambo in any field. Keep in mind how many descriptions include half the filmography of an actor when mentioning their name (or just search TMDb for the term to get flooded with more or less related content).
I suggest you comment/vote in the existing suggestions (#1-3) in order to avoid distracting/cannibalizing votes from each other.
Edit: just found another existing suggestion discussing an option to allow filtering by description / taglines; I guess that really just leaves the missing option to filter by composer/musical lead → Custom filter collections by item description and tagline // MOD: Filter movie/show/... by their description
