The possibility to see the collections within the main library is a great one, but it would be great to also have either a field just for tagging to make the library even more serchable by Subject-Heading like you could find in a library catalog. I use the Collection field only for films I really want to browse together, but I also add moods and themes for each films and subgenres. Putting all of that in the genre tags, makes it not practical when browsing by genres. Using folders as a way of classifying stuff doesn’t really work either because many films can have different genres but at the same time share moods or themes or subgenres so organizing this at such by folders isnt’t really working either. Using collections for eveyr subgenres and moods or themes makes it hard to browse too. Having fields for subgenres, moods and themes I find would be awesome, but I’d also be happy by just having a general tags field, where fields extra infromations can be added withtout affecting other feature like the collection one. I’ve also noted in past posts that a lot of people had been asking for a cinematographer tag and also one for awards. I totally agree, that would be amazing. Either that or simply having the possibility to add user defined fields to the one alreay in place so that everyone can create the extra fields they want according to their needs.
