I have put ads but they only play in movie libraries, in series libraries they don’t work.
Why is this happening?

What exactly do you mean by „putting ads“? Have you added some preroll video for your libraries? Those will only show alongside a movie-type library.
Yes, I have added a pre-roll video (announcement).
Isn’t there some way to show it with series?
