Advanced dashboard features for Plex Pass members?

Player Version#: 3.91.0 (web client)

When I check out the dashboard via the web portal I get a dialog box/window telling me about the advanced stats you can get with a Plex Pass membership. I have a lifetime Plex Pass and can’t seem to access any of these features.

Am I doing something wrong or attempting to access them in the wrong place?

  • My dashboard just indicated “now playing”
  • My alerts tab indicates general access from various clients
  • Sync and Conversion show just that.

It looks like you’re running a pretty old version of Plex Media Server. This could well result in some newer features not being available.
However… I’m not exactly sure about what dialog you’re being presented when watching the dashboard…

Have you considered updating to the latest stable or beta versions (version 1.15.x)?

Need at least server version 1.14.1 for most functionality.
