No Dashboard Access Despite having Plex Pass

It’s pretty simple. I am a monthly plex pass user, but I still don’t have access to the plex dashboard. When I log in, I get this notice, "Want more data? Get stats like top users, what’s popular, and bandwidth usage with the new server Dashboard for Plex Pass holders! "

When I click learn more, it sends me a to the Plex Pass webpage and says “YOU’RE APPRECIATED” with the Plex Pass Icon.

I just don’t get it, why don’t I have access to my Dashboard?

From Plex Dashboard support article: “Full Dashboard functionality requires Plex Media Server v1.15.3 or newer and Plex Web App v3.95.1 or newer.”

Make sure you use the hosted version of Plex Web, https://app.plex.tv/desktop.

What browser on what platform?

Make sure you have plex.tv whitelisted by any adblockers, cookie blockers, etc.

Do you see the Dashboard listed under Plex Media Server -> Status?

Another possible issue, sometimes folks accidently have TWO plex accounts and put the plexpass on the wrong one.

For example if you have logged into your server as plexaccount1, and unknowingly logged into your phone as plexaccount2, then subscribed to plex pass on plexaccount2, then your server would not have plex pass associated with it.

I’m not saying this is the case in your situation, but it is possible.
