what do you mean with “you must reload all your libraries”?
is Plex showing up empty? does it show the movies with a trash bin indicating the media files cannot be found? …

Yes, Plex is showing up empty, there are no libraries in my Plex server.
Plex will start, but I have to re-define all of my libraries after each power outage.
