Since problems with plex yesterday
my plex says error finding libraries. they sit on my nas
the one thing i did do last night was click on claim server when all probs occured
being told should not have done that
wondering if thats created the prob i got today ?

I just found out the service had been down. I tried to watch my Plex on my Apple TV but my library was missing. I called up Plex on my browser and it couldn’t find my server. I logged into my nas and stopped and restarted Plex but that didn’t fix it. I logged out of my Plex account in the browser then back in and it found my server. I had to restart the Apple TV because it was playing everything at low quality. After restarting Apple TV it is back to playing the original quality.
I’m out too. I’m running Plex Server on a QNAP. I restarted the NAS last night, and this morning I logged out of my Plex web account and logged back in. It still can’t find my server.
Same problem here on Windows Server 2016.
Finally seems to have started working for me on a QNAP NAS. Restarted server (and service). Logged in and out multiple times. Just seems to have picked it all up again now, on my laptop and after signing out and back in again on the Android app.
