After changing the password, the app no longer connects

Hello my dears,
after the security breach and my password change, on 2 of my smart TVs the Plex app was still working fine and then from one day to the next both can’t connect anymore or you can’t even get to the login.

Deleting and reinstalling the apps didn’t help either, also logging in via the browser on the TV didn’t help either as I can’t get to the login anymore.

Do you guys have any ideas what else I can do?

PS: Via smartphone and tablet it works without problems.
