I can not reach the settings option because the Task bar Icon to click on start server is missing? Please help? Thi sis a brand new setup.
In Win 10: Plex should be under start (windows icon bottom left), select all apps, scroll to Plex and select it. It should then run as before in the hidden icon area at the bottom right. Once you find it in all apps you can right click and pin to start menu or task bar for fast access in the future
The Plex Media Server.exe should automatically be launching when starting a windows session. There is currently an issue with latest Windows 10 builds where the system tray icon does not appear. Access to the server web page can be done in a browser going to
http://localhost:32400/web
