I have installed Plex Media Server but the program doesn´t start at any time. No error information.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled for several times without success.
Are you going to http://localhost:32400/web after install? There’s no traditional app that opens, the server runs in the background and you access it via browser.
Could the user be suffering from the Win11 localhost bug that MS introduced on Patch Tuesday, Oct 14th?

There is no such option. You cannot just open a media file “with Plex” as if Plex was a normal media player. It is not.
Start "Plex Media Server" using the regular Windows Start menu.
Then open the Windows task tray area and look for the Plex logo.
Once you see this, double-click on the Plex logo.
