After re-entering Plex via Roku, the left side options are unavailable.?

When re-entering Plex, via Roku, the left side options are not available. (“Home”, “More…” etc.) I currently have to restart Roku, which forces Plex to restart, in turn allowing access to the left side options. If I exit Plex , and reenter, the left side options are no longer highlighted.

Suggestions?
