After recent update, PLEX doesn't recognize my network at all

I’m very new to all of this so I apologize if I’m in the wrong area here. I honestly changed nothing but snag the new update and constantly get the message "The server “XXXXXX” is unreachable. Make sure it’s running, double check your network, and try again.

I’ve attempted all I could find for trouble shooting so far to no avail :frowning:

I’m very sorry this is happening to you. I too were having issues after updating.
Can you tell us what version you DID have
And what version you have NOW?
Anyway. The honest truth is fight the battle with troubleshooting, sending logs back and forth, more troubleshooting, waiting til an answer. If said answer will correct your issue, etc…

I would recommend you downgrade back to your earlier version.

I actually think a person who used my computer might have deleted my server. Had someone borrowing it and they needed to delete some programs (been meaning to clean up my drive, honestly) to install something for a class. It appears they may have deleted my server. And I cleaned my recycle bin afterwards.

If I reinstall, do I have to reload my libraries completely?

If it was a normal uninstall, then no. You will be okay for the most part.
You may need to reclaim your server but that’s far better than recreating all your libraires! And faster, lol!

I assume you did a normal install(no custom install path and whatnot), just be sure you install in the same location you did before and you will be fine.
