Age of the average Plex user

I’m curious to the age of the average Plex user. I feel that I’m older than I should be for playing with some of the technology that I love, and was just curious to see how I range in terms of age compared to other Plex users

That’s a pretty sad statement. Technology isn’t age specific. My friend’s father is 91, gifted an iPad 3 years ago… can’t keep him of it. Loves looking up all the places he’s lived and visited on google earth to check out how they’ve changed, books, daily news, send emails, iMessage, facetime and even plays games.

That is awesome! I wish some of my older relatives would embrace technology like that. Heck, I wish some of my relatives that are my age (55) would embrace technology like that.

Yea, but I don’t know too many people who are looking into adding 1 server, if not 2, into their home, with a SAS array for storing movies and TV shows…

I have two family members logging into my NAS… one is 47 (brother-in-law) the other is 73 (mother-in-law). She loves her Apple TV and using Plex. She also uses an iPhone 6 Plus!

When I first installed Plex I was a healthy 25. Three years later I’m 90, clinging to life desperately.
