Airing was not on the required channel

Every couple of weeks, I randomly get an error with my recording that states “Airing was not on the required channel”.

However, it was on the required channel and nothing has changed to my DVR schedule for this specific show.

How can I find out exactly why my recording(s) are failing, as the error does not correspond to why it did not record?
