Album Artwork - Larger Size Option

Hello,

I use Plexamp in my vehicle and it is awesome. Since I browse my library as I am driving and while my phone is magnetized to my dashboard, it’s hard to see and recognize my downloaded albums (only list view available) and/or the albums in the library (3 albums across with small album art). I do have good vision as well :wink:

Is there a way where you can add a drop down option to display the albums in a much larger (2 albums across) size? I think it’s much easier to browse through and easily recognize and tap on and select your desired album if you can see it clearly from a few feet distance, such as in your car.

Here’s a few screenshots of how I’d love to see Plexamp display albums vs. how they currently display. Ideally, like how Apple Music shows them. Also Tidal and Spotify also use large album artwork as options to view your albums.

Remember, hold your phone 2-3 feet away from your face and compare! You’ll see what I mean.

To be honest, this would be nice on the desktop as well because if you want more space you just expand the window.

The Plex web client has a slider for artwork size.

This has been implemented (Settings > Appearance > Grid Size → Large)

Right, but not available in the downloaded content area of the app. This is where it was desired since music is played from this area while in car.
