Hello,
It is impossible to visualize music album lyrics on iPhone SE old version.
This bug was introduced with Plex IOS 7.14 and is still there in 7.15.
How could we go backwards to 7.13 ?
This bug is still here in 7.16 !!!
Is there a Plex employee reading this thread ???
Still there in 7.17
Still there in 7.18 !
Still there in 7.19 !!!
I’ve been checking this on my iPhone (not the same model though) – lyrics are available from the now-playing view (... > Lyrics).
Keep in mind that automatic lyrics from LyricFind require an active Plex Pass membership
tom80H, if you read the title of this thread, you’ll see that the bug concerns the “iPhone SE”, not other iPhones. I have an iPhone SE (1rst gen); and the bug is still there ! The bug was introduced with Plex 7.14.
No, LyricFind is not (for now) the only way to read Lyrics :
"If you have your own lyric files, you can keep them alongside your actual music tracks. Lyrics are identified by using specific naming and must be placed in the same directory as the corresponding, identically-named music track.
Music/ArtistName - AlbumName/TrackNumber - TrackName.ext
Where .ext is one of:
-
.lrc(timed lyrics file) -
.txt(basic, untimed lyrics) "
… and the bug is still there in 7.20 !
Sitll there in 7.22 …
Does anybody here know how to concern Plex developpers ?
Thank you
This bug is still there : 7.24.1
You know what ???
Still the same in 7.25 ! ! !
Good news : I’ve got a PLEX Pass
Bad news : the iPhone SE 1st gen is still there in 7.26
Stil there on 7.27
