I want to make a smart playlist in plex web that pulls from a specific library all 5 star rated videos. I have tried to follow the posted guides but it seems they are massively out of date. Most guides reference the three stacked bars which is no longer visible on most library pages in the current iteration of plex web. I do not want to have to use collections to accomplish this.
