Alexa App cannot find xbox one S as companion player

Server Version#: 1.20.2.3402
Player Version#: 5.2.1 (platform version 10.0.1.19041.4172)

I know there have been a view posts over the years on this, but Alexa cannot find my Xbox One S as a companion player.

I have tried relinking the Alexa skill and have also tried relinking the Xbox with Plex.
I’ve also tried changing the fallback to insecure connections options as suggested in another thread, but, still no luck. I have also relinked the Server

I have tried both the early access and “old” version of the app

The Xbox is on the same physical network as the server and has the same subnet mask, both have reserved IPs in DHCP (as does my Amazon Echo)

The Plex app on my Android phone DOES see the Xbox as a player

Alexa can detect the server webpage as a player

I’m not sure what else to try! HELP!

Thanks in advance!

Alexa support hasn’t been added to the app yet.

Thank you for letting me know,

I did check here (https://support.plex.tv/articles/115000320808-getting-started-with-alexa-voice-control/)

Which implied it was supported

That document is for the older Smart TV app. The document also hasn’t been updated to reflect the new v5 app.

Sorry for the delayed reply, do you know roughly when this will be implemented?

Sorry, I don’t have an ETA.
