I have my plex media server set up on my Ubuntu 22.04 and i also have alexa skill but whenever i ask alexa to play something from plex it says " You’ll need to set a Plex video player before we can play that. Can we do that now?" And after i say yes it says “I could not find any Plex companion players on your network. Please make sure your player is running and connected to the internet. I have added a card to the Alexa app if you need help.” This has been an issue since the start of my setup. One more thing is noticeable that when press cast button even on my plex phone app my tv plex player doesn’t show up infact no players show up.
