Alexa can't find Plex player from the Samsung Tv Q80R 2019 model

Alexa does not find my flex app on Samsung TV 2019 model Q80R . It can find chrome and from my android phone but not on the TV.

Does the 2019 models of Samsung TV Plex player support voice command via Alexa, or is there an obvious (albeit not to me) solution to address this? All help would be appreciated.
Note: My Plex server is non-local as it is hosted on my remote Linux server. But full remote access is allowed to this Plex server. The alexa and the TV are in the same network.
