Hi there.
Currently i am working at my own smart house.And i am a little confused with plex api.
I am using yandex alisa for voice commands, but alexa etc is gonna use same logic.
Firts problem wich i had - its timeline.The client timeline reporting is a bit iffy.
Timeline i am used for programm ambilight lights in real time.With 4gb video adapter its work even with high resolution films.
In first version i had use webhook - than get session data and timeline.
From timeline i am get current timestap and than capture frames and generate color map.
But timeline - is almost never returned from clients.Ok - i had found socket , connect to it - now i had real timeline each 10 seconds(pms is subscibed to client and inside logs i see how it send data).Its not perfect - but works
Please fix it.Same as clients information.Its not realtime data.Why?
Next my step its voice control.
With WOL(WakeupOnLan) and LG socket ,with one command - “Alexa turn on Plex”, i am turn on plex app (cdp-30) even if my tv is offline.Its gonna be greate to implement it inside pms.I think another vendors also can.But Its not main problem.
- I am used command (NLP ) - Alexa Find {type} {name}.For example - Alexa find movie Bunny
From api i am getting results. Plex havent any way to show it in client via api.
I wrote own app for lg - Its make only 3 things - show results from search / item inside /On deck info
/player/mirror/details
Looks good. In older version of the pms(its fetch clients and send command ) - i had using it for showing simple results.
Now - its not working - inside pms - just error without any info which params you added , or new changes ? and we need send it directly to the client,but this also not working on second LG with older version…

At least this is working well.

Alex find serial Game of (multiresults)
Alexa show info about movie Bunny
Alexa play it
Alexa pause
Alexa continue
Alexa show On deck
Alexa continue game of thrones
Alexa continue game of trones on AnotherTV
Please add showing results in client via pms.
