All authorized users removed from server after password change

Okay so I changed my password and updated my Plex, and now I have no authorized users. Not a one. When people get on to their Plex, they don’t see anything at all. Did they just get wiped completely?

I do see that there is a manual update but I have no idea how to apply this. Even if I did, would it even help?

Same thing happened to me just now. After password change as the admin of my server, all friends lost access to shared libraries. I had to go through the friends list and manually add the individual libraries to everyone.
