All Channels Disappearing

For no apparent reason this week my Plex media server started losing all channels from LiveTV. I have removed and re-added the tuners and the entire DVR but after a few hours the channels all disappear from my lineup. This is very frustrating to wake up in the morning and find al my channels gone.

I see lots of these in the logs:

DVR:NewSchedule: Couldn’t schedule recording (error: The device does not tune the required channel).

I don’t see anything obvious immediately before those log entries though that might explain this.

If I delete and re-add the DVR things work OK for a few hours until the channels disappear again.

I have been experiencing the same issue as well.

The cause for me ended up being Tunarr. There is a setting that periodically updates your available Plex channels and it was resetting all of mine.
