I’ve been using plex for a couple years, but recently, needed to change computers which my plex server was connected to. Since then, all of my media says “unavailable.” I can still see the thumbnails for all the media. I’ve verified that the path outlined on the server is the correct path. I’m at a loss. Any assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
Just to be on the safe side… which “path on the server” are you referring to?
The error message implies that Plex cannot find/access the folder(s) assigned to the library/libraries.

Thanks for your response. The folder path did look correct but tried to reestablish it by going to “browse for media folder” and recreating the path. Everything synced and now appears to all be working again. Confused why it was not working before, but at least it is working now. Thanks again!
