I have tried to view a movie on my windows plex server and it said “unavailable.”
This is happening to several of my movies. I did update the server to the latest version, same problem.
That usually means the drive where the media lives is disconnected somehow.
Can you access and play those files directly off the drive from the computer where your server is using another player like VLC?
Inspect the Plex media info of these items.
Look at the drive and folder address where Plex is expecting to find the file.
Compare to the actual location of the file.
