All my Posters NOT Showing Up

Hello.

I’ve been running my plex server for some years now, but after the update to PlexMediaServer-1.23.5.4862 i notice that some Poster were not showing up.

What have i done so far:

  • refresh all metadata
  • optimize database
  • Clean Bundles
  • stopped and start the server multiple times

after reading some other troubleshooting:
deleted everything on the path Plug-in Support\Caches
moved all movies and series to another directory refreshed and saw everything gone, empty trash, optimized DB, clean Bundles, restarted the server
removed the lib’s , empty trash, optimized DB, clean Bundles, restarted the server

Also not sure if this is current but i have gone to the url: https://plex.tv/services/pubsub/servers
however i got:

<error>Please sign in.</error>
</errors>

I’m out of ideias and need some help

Bump! I’m also having this issue and at a loss on how to fix it.

Providing some server logs would help diagnose what issue is occuring.
