There are a few movie posters that I have for whatever reason are not grabbing any movie posters even after refreshing meta data, I attempted to follow the advice given in this thread but still nothing. Empty posters again... and again

I have tried multiple attempts to get this to work and no luck, something on Plex’s side. If you search for a movie and you see that there is no poster next to the movie it is likely that you will not be able to add any posters for whatever reason.
Replying so this doesn’t get lost since it seems like support is ignoring this
