All of a sudden getting "An error occurred loading items to play."

Hey There,

I’m hoping someone can help me troubleshoot this. The logs don’t seem to show much, but every time I click an item to play, I get “An error occurred loading items to play.” I’ve tried updating my server version, checking permissions, etc. Everything seems to look okay to me. I’ve done database clean-up / repair. FWIW, I have Infuse connected, to my Plex Library, and that works just fine, but none of the Plex clients work.

I’ve added my logs here, and at 12:15PM pacific time today, May 27, I clicked like 10 items to play, they all failed. So perhaps that’s a place to look in the logs. Thanks in advance!

Okay! I think I might be on to something now… I cannot access Plex when I use Plex Web directly via IP address. It loads fine if I go to plex.tv, but not if I go to the IP address. This would then make sense that no files are playing. I think something isn’t working right w/ the plex http server. Any way to just fix that? I think that’s why I don’t see anything in the logs when I try to play something. The play commands aren’t hitting the server. I don’t know… this is just speculation.
