Playback Error, An error occurred loading items into the play queue

Server Version#: 1.43.0.10492
Player Version#: 5.93.2 (LG TV, same issue from other devices/apps)

Keep getting “Playback Error, An error occurred loading items into the play queue.” This happens when trying to play anything.

Below is what I find in the Console and Server Log.

I managed to fix this by restoring my Database from an older copy.

Integrity checks on the current database came back fine, did repairs among other likely not suggested procedures (I am not listing them and they didn’t work anyways).

Restoring the database from a backup more than a week ago resolved the issue.
