All of my pics in the folders will not show when using plex on either TV…samsung and sony. But they will show when I go to my plex server on my computer. So I do have access rights because I do show some of the pics. Yes I’ve refreshed multiple times on all platforms, reboot, reset.
Correction: The issue also presents itself through the web browser where not all the photos are shown within an album/folder. However, the photos that are missing from the particular folders, I can see them in the main folder/root instead. But when I go to “get info” on the particular picture, the path says that it is in the folder I expect it to be in. Very odd. Going through windows explorer, all pics are where they should be.
Also, If I choose to view the photos in Plex by selecting the options: Library->All->Photos, I can see all the pics I’ve uploaded. However, again, if I choose Library->Albums, and choose a folder, I cannot see all the pics in that folder.
Problem is also happening on a fire stick.
